Grateful to Evorich for the trustworthiness, reliability and the super customer service. I would like to give special commendation to Louis for his efficiency and professionalism despite the long delay at my end. In a short notice, he managed to make arrangements to set up my TV console beautifully. Everyone at home was very pleased and even considering buying a bigger TV. I would highly recommend Evorich to be used in your home renovation. It is worth it!

Engaging Evorich was 1 of the best renovation decision we made. We decided to get the vinyl package from them separately. From day 1, Owen engaged with us and explained everything well. Followed up what needs to be done prior to installation. Despite our changes here and there Owen was very patient and was accommodating to our request. When the vinyls were installed, at first glance we fall in love with our whole house flooring and we were so happy.Thank you Owen and Evorich.

We renovated a unit, and are very impressed with Evorich. We wanted to make a home that is elder friendly and so the flooring had to be durable, easy to maintain, easy to keep clean and hygienic.The vinyl flooring exceeded our expectations in the following ways:* There is a lifetime warranty for the floors (which is reassuring given these uncertain times). They will replace sections* It is luxury vinyl, not the typical ordinary vinyl that causes a lot of longer term issues* It is easy to maintain, only with vacuum, water and a bit of detergent* It is waterproof* Marks are easy to clean off* Quite scratch resistent* Flame retardent too (We had a live demonstration), helpful in case of flammable accidents* It provides a bit more of a softer landing in case of slips and falls for us elderly* Looks like wood flooring, very amazing* We also chose their vinyl walls for our bathrooms. It's really great it's seamless, waterproof and again easy to maintain. Will not lead to groutlines because the material is inert.The service has been really professional and reliable. We worked with Kin who is:* Very knowledgeable* Helpful* Respectful to us seniors* Efficient* Responsive (check at various stages of the reno to update the preparation)* Responsible* Able to work well with our contractor and other partners in the home renovationKin works really hard. We really appreciate him!The installation was very fast, one day for the flooring for the whole unit.We are so grateful to Evorich for their service and product. It really helps as we age to have such thoughtfulness and reliability.
